Episode 83 - Women Rising: Strength, Rest & Building a Life That Aligns with Saliya Katungu-Moran
Have you ever felt like you were holding everything together on the outside… while quietly wondering if something more aligned was calling you?
In Episode 83 of It’s a Mindset, I’m joined by the inspiring Saliya Katungu-Moran, women’s strength and wellness coach and founder of Talala Bloom - a community-driven movement helping women build strength in their bodies, confidence in their choices and wealth beyond money. This conversation is a beautiful reminder of what happens when women support one another to rise - physically, emotionally and financially.
Saliya’s work focuses on helping high-achieving women who feel burnt out, disconnected or ready for something more to reconnect with their strength, their wellbeing and their purpose.
This episode felt particularly special for me because I had the privilege of working with Saliya inside one of my 1:1 coaching capsules and witnessing her grow Talala Bloom as a side hustle alongside a successful corporate career. Watching her step into this work reminded me so much of my own journey into purpose-led work.
Beyond that, she is genuinely one of the kindest and most grounded people I know - someone who truly walks her talk when it comes to wellbeing and living in alignment.
I’m also honoured to be speaking at her upcoming She Blooms Reboot Retreat, which is a beautiful reflection of the supportive spaces she creates for women.
With a background in Psychology and extensive experience leading large-scale programs in the corporate world, Saliya blends evidence-based training, mindset work and practical life strategy to support women to reset, rebuild and rise - physically, emotionally and financially.
