Meet Your New Coach & BFF
Hi, I'm Emma, a life coach and founder of Mummaste, a mum to four tween and teen children, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. I support mums who are raising teens to overcome overwhelm by prioritising self-care and growing their self-love to create a meaningful life now.
Here’s what I know to be true; If you are a mum who is raising teens, too often you put yourself last, as you focus on everyone else’s needs.
Without meaning to, you find yourself living life on autopilot, promising to take care of YOU one day (i.e., once the kids are out of the house!).
Meanwhile, you’re constantly in the juggle, secretly a little resentful and not happy with how you look or feel.
If you’re nodding along, please know I’ve been there too. And it was only when I realised, that I was on the brink of burnout and that I wasn’t doing myself or anybody else any favours, that I decided to do something about it.
That journey led me to focus on myself again and made me realise that I’m passionate about helping other mums do the same and creating the perfect blend of coaching and community.

I am glad you did share, honestly Em. I need this right now.
